Description
The simply designed Casio G-Shock Classic digital watch for men offers shock resistance that's great for your most vigorous sporting activities. The durable rectangular black watch case measures 45mm wide (1.77 inches), and it's matched to a comfortable black resin sports strap. It includes a stopwatch function that can measure events down to 1/100 of a second for the first 60 minutes (and down to 1 second from 60 minutes to 24 hours), and it offers elapsed and split time modes, and 1st-2nd place times. It also has a countdown timer with a 24-hour range. Other timekeeping features include a multi-function alarm, hourly time signal (which can be turned off), and 12/24-hour formats. This timepiece also features an Auto Calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2039), ±15-second accuracy per month, Afterglow backlighting, and water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet)--which will stand up to the rigors of recreational scuba diving.

Coach's Choice Sep 01, 2010 I purchased this watch to use while coaching my kid's football team. It has everything I need, and it withstands the elements out on the grid iron. This watch keeps things simple. It really fits my coach image. Looks great with gym shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. I also wear it to formal events with suit and tie. It is the perfect tool for coaching. I recommend this watch to any guy that is athletic and requires a watch to keep up with their demanding life style. It achieves perfection through simplicity. The resin band is extremely comfortable and sporty. The rigdes in the band allow for air flow around the wrist where I usually sweat. The display has all of the essential information in the home time keeping mode.
casio men's dw560e Aug 31, 2010 This is an excellent watch. I bought this one to replace an old one I had when the battery died and I tried unsucessfully to change the battery myself. Next time I'll just pay someone to change the battery for me.

NIce Simple Durable Light Watch! Aug 23, 2010 I bought this after I returned a g shock mudman cause it was way too big and clunky. This watch is much better. Super light, easy to use, simple and it seems strong enough. We shall see on this last one. I never take my watch off and I surf all the time so it will take a beating. I will report back in a year. Highly recommended!

This watch is defintly everything that the write up says it is. Super rugged and it has all the features. One thing I hated about it was the size. I felt like I had one of flav a flavs giant clocks on my wrist. I have a medium sized wrist and it just looked kind of ridiculous. If you are used to giant g shocks this wont be a problem but I didnt like it at all. Also, the display is tiny. I am sure this watch will last forever though. Just make sure you know what you are getting.
I returned this and got the g shock classic :

which seems to be just as rugged from the reviews and it is much smaller and feels way better on my wrist. It is also way easier to navigate. I like it a lot better!
