Great product but horrible service Sep 04, 2010 To anyone that is planning on using this place to buy coffee, I suggest you move on to another seller. Twice now I have ordered coffee from them and been quoted a delivery date. I even got a tracking number this last time. When I ordered, they showed that the product was in stock with two day delivery available. In actuality you won't be getting your order for weeks. They once again changed the estimated delivery date on an item they told me already shipped, to almost a month later. Like I said, great product but horrible shipper. Completely unreliable and I won't be using them again.

Always good Sep 03, 2010 Donut shop is consistently good. It's great to know that every morning the coffee will always be the same, no bitterness, just fresh and roasty every time. Amazon makes it easy and worry-free with monthly delivery. I haven't found a better deal anywhere! I'm a happy customer.....
No quality control Sep 02, 2010 I bought this because I like Timothy's Donut Blend and hoped to save money and reduce packaging. Some of the cups are underfilled, some overfilled, and one was just an empty cup. No lost topper or coffee in the box, just an empty cup tossed in. From day to day, I never knew what the coffee would taste like. Some days it was a great donut shop cup and on others it was a much darker blend and sometimes it was so weak it was undrinkable. I would not buy these again nor recommend them. The box they come in is oversized and in my opinion, there wasn't even less packaging.
Smooth, Delicious and Timely Sep 02, 2010 We have this coffee on a standing monthly order, because we love it so much! One of the great things about the K-cups is the ability to have a variety, but ever since I found this coffee, I don't even bother. We entertain a lot, and our guests frequently tell me that this is the best coffee they have ever had! Our orders always arrive on schedule (we frequently move shipment dates up so we don't run out)!
