5Overlooked...  Aug 30, 2010
I am ashamed for admitting that I bought this CD shortly after it was released but I didn't appreciate it until after Michael passed. This CD should have sold a lot more copies than it did. I believe it sold 9 million copies, which is considered a flop in MichaelJacksonLand, but 9 million is a more than some artists sell in their whole career. Anyway, I don't understand why this CD wasn't bigger than it was, because, while nothing Michael does can ever top "Thriller", "Invincible" deserves to be right up there with "Off The Wall", and "Dangerous."

There is not one bad song on this CD. All I ever heard on the radio was "You Rock My World" and "Butterflies" but there are at least 3 other songs on here that should have gotten radio play: "Break of Dawn", "Heaven Can Wait", and "Whatever Happens." "Unbreakable" is the jam too. I just don't understand why "Heaven Can Wait" was not played on the radio. That is one of most beautiful songs on here. That, along with "You Are My Life." Just don't understand it.

I agree with one of the other reviewers, I believe the critics focused on his personal life rather than his body of work which is totally unfair. If you are a Michael Jackson fan, please don't listen to the critics. This is a nice collection of songs from the late, great Michael Joseph Jackson. RIP!

4Under-rated  Aug 23, 2010
Definitely MJ's most under-rated album. Perhaps it's not as great as his previous albums, but it's definitely an all around great album. The critics have been too harsh. If it had been anyone else without the massive success of MJ's previous albums, surely it would have been different, no?

5GREAT!  Aug 13, 2010
Invincible is a great album. Michael shows his love for his children also all children. Cry shows his dedication for the love of the world we live in. Michael shows that he has a beautiful heart! Dance tunes like You rock my world and whatever happens are great for dancing. This album is worth the money and more.

5Underrated!  Aug 13, 2010
I'm not making this review on my behalf, but my moms (even though she probably doesn't know I'm making this review). Whats funny is that I'm the one who got her into Mike like that and this is the album that did it.

Personally this isn't my favorite MJ album, but the songs are great. The highlight of this album has to be 2000 Walts because it doesn't sound like MJ. I had to double check because of this. I thought it was another singer all together until I listened more carefully. He sounds fabulous! My favorite song though is obviously You Rock MY World which is one of my favorite MJ songs.

This is my moms favorite MJ album (she likes Dirty Diana too). She listens to it and sing while she walks and clean the house. My favorites on the other hand are his older albums, my favorites being His Bad, Dangerous, and History albums. In short this review is mostly based on my moms experience. I think even though this isn't his strongest album, Invisible still prooves Micheal Jacksons a musical genuis from how hes able to experiment with different genres and come out original.
