Product does not live up to its claims Sep 02, 2010 I bought this product from walmart after seeing good reviews on the internet. Should of listened to people who said it did not work. It removed my touch up paint . Now I have to repaint my scratches and wash my car again. Does not work. Definitely does not work on deep scratches. Should of known. I am going to save up and take my car to a professional to fix it.
Works Surprisingly Well! Aug 22, 2010 My wife's Rav4 had a small X type scratch in the left front fender. It was about 2x4 inches in size, and looked like it was probably caused by someone leaning against the car (not big enough or deep enough to be vindictive, but that is a possibility too). It was deep enough that the scratch appeared white against the red of the paint.
Without experience it was a bit hard to tell from the instructions how to treat this particular scratch, so I started with the instructions for a moderately severe, but not most severe scratch and went conservatively. To get acceptable results I had to repeat the entire process twice, but the end result is very good. If you look for it you can still see the scratch, but it no longer stands out. I have now washed the car twice since the fix, and the results do not seem to be diminishing. Overall I'm very satisfied, and will probably try the product again later on some more minor scratches (e.g. near the door handles, etc.)

Easy to use Aug 03, 2010 This product was as easy to use as they come. The directions are super clear and even have pictures. They leave nothing up subjectivity. You'll need some things though outside of the package. If the scratch you're repairing is a chip int he paint you will need the touch up paint. It will not fix that type of damage. You'll also need a rag and some water. My best recommendation is to read the entire instructions once through so you can evaluate the severity of the scratch as well as the materials needed.
As far as the scratch on my car it almost completely eliminated it. Its not completely gone and neither will yours be unless it is extremely minimal. It however made the scratch almost impossible to see unless you focused yourself on finding it. Thats good enough for me. If it isn't for you then go get your professionally done.

Great Product Aug 03, 2010 This product really works in not so deep scratches. Just apply it over for several times or just follow the instructions and you are all set. Awesome product.
