Great product for my mom! Mar 10, 2010 This is an excellent product for an older less mobile person. My mom broke her hip and cannot get on a stationery bike anymore. This is perfect for her. She can sit in a comfortable chair and excersize her arms and her legs.
Works like a charm Mar 10, 2010 Very pleased with this product, especially for the price. It seems to be built well and it's had fairly heavy use with multiple people over the last month or so and is holding up very well. I'd buy another for sure.
AWKWARD Mar 09, 2010 I didn't like it. It's very awkward to use because the pedal straps are hard to slip on right, and if you tighten up the tension control to get a good workout the motion becomes sticky and it doesn't operate smoothly. I found it annoying. There doesn't appear to be any sort of gear mechanism involved so it feels rough and also the base slips easily. Essentially it's a good idea, but it doesn't function well. I found nothing about it that was worth the money. I tossed it aside a few days after getting it and haven't used it in months. Get one of the highly rated mini steppers instead. You'll get a nice space saving workout. I recommend an air piston one.

Stamina 15-0120 InStride Cycle XL Mar 08, 2010 THIS PRODUCT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR MY 85 YEAR-OLD MOTHER TO USE BECAUSE THE STIRRUPS ARE NEVER IN POSITION FOR EASY USE. SHE STRUGGLES REACHING DOWN TO HER FEET TO FIT THE STIRRUPS ON. ALSO, THIS CYCLE TRAVELS--IT NEVER STAYS PUT WHEN IN USE.
For my mom Mar 07, 2010 Sent to my 82 year old mother to help her get some exercise. She says she uses it and after about 5 minutes she said she is huffing amd puffing so at least it helps get her blood moving!
