love the natural ingredients! Sep 21, 2012
By Angela I only feed my dog organic products treats and I love the ingredients in these treats. Even better, my dogs love them too. They are small and perfect for training. Although I think they smell repulsive my labs cannot get enough of them. They will harden over time, they are super-moist to begin with. But I have found that they stay fresh much longer if you keep them in the refrigerator
I also recommend the american chicken jerky that comes with the skin and coat optimizer, K9 Showstopper (Unflavored) 4 Lbs. + Free American Chicken Jerky - 3 Oz.. Another favorite in this household, they go crazy when they see the bag. The jerky does come in much bigger pieces but they are easy to break into two, which I usually do and share half with each dog. Now if I only watched my own diet as much as I did my dogs, I may actually get somewhere, lol.
One thing is for sure, Amazon definitely has the best prices for pet treats and supplies. I've seen these products at the store marked up almost double! Cannot say that about everything Amazon carries but for these categories they seem to have cornered the market.

Salmon Dog Treats Dec 21, 2007
By Patricia Pearson Mini Naturals - 1 pound - Salmon Flavored Great product for training dogs! I use them all the time for training (walking on a lead, sitting, fetching). They are high in flavor so even with our 7 month Golden Retriever, treats cut in half work well for a reward. Unlike dog kibble or other treats, these are quickly digested so that your dog will not be gagging on them as he/she works on the next behavior. To keep fresh, keep bag tightly closed and put a portion of the cut treats in a resealable sandwich bag. If they do get exposed to air and dry out, a small portion of a moistened paper towel in the bag will restore them to original texture.

By Courtney de Craen Our puppy loves these little treats! They are small enough to give him a few at a time, but I like to cut them up even smaller and use them for training. They are tiny as is (about the size of a pencil eraser), but can easily be cut into quarters for reward-based training. I will always keep these in stock for him!

By E. L. Jenkins My two ECS eat salmon dog food and it's hard to find a salmon treat and one that is affordable when you do find them. These are PERFECT for agility, obedience, conformation-- you name it. They do smell strong of Salmon (which, my boys love) and like the other reviewer, they will dry out pretty quickly if not kept sealed. That being said, my boys will not hesitate to eat them if they do get dried out from leaving them in the bait bag. At the 4-for-3 promotion price, you can't go wrong!

By Mrs. Kilo Delta My 30 lb shetland sheepdog is picky. She's fed a high-quality food, and she only gets the best treats. No "doggie junk food" to be had in our household, no corn, no by-products, no treats pressed and colored to look like mini T-bone steaks (unfortunately, I don't eat as well as she does.... Doritos can pass as a meal for me). She's been known to spit out treats that didn't meet her standards.
Not so with these Zuke's Mini Naturals. These really get her attention, and they were vital in training her to go potty as soon as I let her out into the backyard, to let me brush her teeth, and to walk nicely on a leash (nothing on our walks is more interesting than Mama or Daddy in possession of Zuke's Minis). My little sheltie comes running at the crinkle of the bag.
She loves all three flavors: Peanut Butter, Salmon, & Chicken. It's amazing to find a product like this, where the flavor of the treat, salmon, comes from salmon being the first ingredient on the ingredient list. The texture is soft, not crunchy, and they don't fall apart in your pocket, nor are they greasy or stinky.
Also, we've found that my sister's cat goes nuts for these Zuke's in the salmon flavor. They're not intended for cats, but my sister's cat apparently didn't read the package when she found and inhaled these.
These Zuke's Mini Natural treats are the best, I'll continue to buy them again and again.
