General Returns Policy: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. You may return new, unused, nonperishable items sold and fulfilled by LaPrimaCATALOG within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Original shipping charges are reimbursed only for damaged or defective products.
We are unable to exchange items. However, if you received an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt to arrange a return and/or replacement item. The customer is responsible for return shipping on any return that is not damaged in transit or a result of incomplete, incorrect or damaged merchandise.
If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Returns: To process a return, visit the Amazon online Returns Center, you will be guided through the process and will even be supplied with a return mailing label you can print out.
Returns must be shipped via an insured and trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please write the Order Number on the shipping label and include a copy of the packing slip in the box. All documentation and packaging must be returned with the product.
Warranty Information: All products sold by LaPrimaCATALOG are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer. For warranty claims, follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the product.
